RETURN & REFUND POLICY – SMARTSHOPPERS MEGASTORE
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully.
RETURN WINDOW
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS (NO RETURN REQUIRED)
We will offer a refund or replacement if:
• Item is damaged
• Item is defective
• Wrong item was received
In these cases, customers do NOT need to return the item. Photo or video proof is required.
NON-RETURNABLE CASES
We do NOT accept returns for:
• Incorrect size ordered
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
RETURN PROCESS (IF REQUIRED)
If a return is approved, the item must be shipped to our supplier warehouse.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
SHIPPING COSTS
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the issue is our fault
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed after approval and inspection (if required).
Late or missing refunds: Contact your bank or payment provider first.
